Decking the Halls

We (which really means me) finally got around to getting most of the Christmas decorations up! YAY!  I usually try to do it the day after Thanksgiving, but this year we didn't get home from traveling until Sunday and then this week was CRAZY!  Anyway, the kids helped decorate the tree tonight so now our halls are decked.  Samuel was so cute just declaring how pretty everything looked and complimenting me on how I did everything.  He really has such a sweet heart:).

We got a real tree for the first time ever this year as a family.  It's beautiful and it smells great!  We are all in love:).  Ha!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!!!! 

I'll wait to share the rest of our decorations and a good pic of our tree when the Nester does her tour of homes for Christmas:).

On a different note, I want to thank everyone for the comments, facebook messages, and emails that I got regarding my last post.  I feel very encouraged by the prayers and love (and advice) from so many.  We are hopeful for out little guy and entrusting all of this to the Lord one step at a time.  I'll keep you updated!
