Meet Max

Samuel has a friend down the street who is very into bugs, insects, and reptiles just like he is.  His friend has tons of these in his room in little habitats.  Well, after counting all his birthday money, Samuel decided he wanted to get a big lizard like a gecko as a pet.  Off we went to the pet store and got this albino leopard gecko.  I have to say, he is pretty cute for a reptile.  His name is Max:).   I just hope we can keep him alive.  It seems like it might be a tad more work than we thought at first!  Samuel is over the moon and loves his little gecko.  The good thing about these reptiles is they like to be handled everyday and will get to know their owners because they have such good eyesight.
