Most of the time when the above happens it's because she wants to do this...
Seriously, the only time she cries or is unhappy is when she's sleepy or has a messy diaper. She will fuss if she is really really really hungry but it's usually at least 4 hours after a feeding before she starts to do that.
And even though it doesn't go with the above topic, here is a pic of me and the kids on Mother's Day. Again, about impossible to get a good one, but at least 2 of the 3 are smiling at the silly people doing all kinds of crazy things behind the camera trying to help get a good picture.

Loved your Mother's Day Post! Great idea to write a letter to the kids.
I was so excited I saved $41 at the grocery store last week and would have saved more if I had shopped the day before (double coupon day) but couldn't because the kids were sick. I feel so good when I save a bunch!
