7 Years with Ellie Kate!

Elizabeth Kate is 7 years old!!!

I am honored and privileged to have been her mama for these past 7 years.  Ellie Kate continues to be full of life, spunk, drama, fun, sweetness, hugs, and kisses!!! She is smart and friendly too!

We had some family over to celebrate and she got Isabelle (new AG doll of the year) and a beautiful Elsa from Frozen dress!!!!  She had a great day and is a very loved little girl.

I am so proud to be your mama, Ellie Kate.  You bring so much joy and fun to our family.  I am proud of the way you are growing and beginning to love Jesus.  You are learning to have control over your emotions a little better and are such a good big sister to Abigail and Annie.  You love your friends and coloring and reading and playing with dolls the most!

In just a few days we will celebrate with a Frozen party!  We are counting down the days!

Annie is Two!

I am so late on this post, it's really not even funny. However, Anna Mitchell is TWO now...as of January 19!!! We had a family party for her. The only show on TV that she will watch is Bubble Guppies. She loves it and all the cute little characters! So that was our little theme for the day!

She was in no mood for pictures, as you can see below...

And this is as good as it got for a family pic.  Good grief.

But she did LOVE everyone's attention on her!  Such an extrovert!

I'm sad to say that I did not get great pictures.  Not many pics of the men in the family:(.  But I promise Lanny, Buddy, Samuel and my dad were all in attendance.  Also Aunt Jenny was there too!  It was a bit chaotic...that's my excuse.  Really though, I was just enjoying my girl and her day!  Sometimes, it's nice to just be and enjoy.  She loved her birthday and we loved having most of our family together to celebrate!

Anna Mitchell, you are an absolute JOY to our family.  Chaotic joy, but JOY indeed.  You are full of personality and energy, and quite possibly the funniest little thing.  You have taken on the role of entertainer in our family.  Everyone just dotes on you and laughs at you and loves you to pieces.  I am so overwhelmed at God's grace and mercy and His humor in giving you to us.  Baby girl, you will always be the best surprise I've ever had!!!

Frozen Valentines {Free Printable}

If you have children, especially girls, then I'm sure your household is just as obsessed with all things Frozen as ours is.   Frozen is the new Disney movie and it is, by far, our favorite!!!  My girls sing the songs all.day.long.  Seriously, it has not gotten old!!!  They have seen the movie 3 times and Ellie Kate has requested a Frozen birthday party of course (coming up in just a few short weeks).  They act out the songs and the movie pretty much every day.  It is precious!!  I have to admit, I love the songs and move too.  It is too cute!

So, since Abigail is just as obsessed with Frozen, but her birthday has already passed, I wanted to do something for Valentines with that theme just for her.

I found some images online and whipped her up some Frozen valentines to hand out to her preschool classmates.  I have decided to share them here with you to use as well!!! I found these images on google and I'm not selling or making a profit off the valentines (I don't make any money off my blog either:)).  I just love to create things and these were too cute not to share with whomever else loves Frozen too:).  So, please if you download these, make sure you are only using them for personal use!!!

You can right click on the image and download the jpeg files from there!
You can print them on white cardstock and then cut out.
Enjoy!!!

I plan on tying them onto some heart suckers or something cute like that.

And just because they are too cute, watch this youtube video of my two oldest girls singing
"Do You Want to Build a Snowman?"

Long Time No Blog

Well, I'm not sure if it's time to hang the ole blogging hat or not.  I am torn.  I love having this space, and yet I am doing such a horrible job keeping it up.

Anna Mitchell turned TWO last month and I have yet to blog about it!  So many wonderful things happening with our ministry and our family and I just can't seem to find time or energy to record it here.

We are doing well.  Busy.  Sick.  Celebrating birthdays and milestones.  Doing homework.  Living life.  Obsessed with all things Frozen (the current Disney blockbuster). We've enjoyed our annual snow...it sort of shut down our city (and surrounding areas) for a few days.  It was crazy!  I'm planning our church women's conference in the middle of also planning another birthday party.  I honestly do LOVE doing those things, but it definitely makes my blogging time non existent.

So, I think I'll post our snow pics today...
